Firstly we introduce reader to Social Network Analysis and its tools, methods and goals. Secondly we review relevant information sources and finally there is presentation of the survey focused on social network within the company. Results showed that there is group of contractors with limited access to information from the rest of the company. IT project team of the company had difficulties with delivering product caused by a combination of bad project management, incomplete analysis of all necessary processes supported by developed system.
