Fundamental changes in the state aid policy in the Slovak Republic / Daniela Nováčková. -- 1 tabulka. -- Abstrakt: As a result of the modernization of state aid rules of the European Union Slovakia has adopted a new legal act regulating this area. In fact the original legislation as a whole was amended, however, the principles and philosophy of the state aid as regards obligations resulting from the membership in the European Union remained unaffected. This substantial legal change has an impact on the change of responsibilities of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic as state aid policy is the responsibility of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic. A register of state aid was established on the basis the new legal act. The study analyses the major changes in the field of state aid policy which have a significant impact on the business environment in Slovakia as well as on the development of economic relations and international investment relations. -- Dostupné též v elektronické podobě.
