$a Stárnutí společnosti se v posledních desetiletích stalo fenoménem. V České republice existuje relativně široké spektrum zdravotní a sociální péče o seniory - od domácí až po institucionální formu. Setkáváme se s formálními i neformálními pečovateli jak v kontextu zdravotní tak především sociální péče. Autorky se ve svém příspěvku zabývají problémy neodpovídající péče o seniory (hledisko kvality, kvantity a formy). Jsou zde uvedeny principy komplexní péče o seniora (demedicionalizace, deinstitucionalizace, desektorizace, deprofesionalizace). Cílem příspěvku není kritika současného stavu péče o seniora, ale zohlednění hlavních problémových oblastí a nastínění možnosti změn ve prospěch efektivní péče o staré v naší společnosti. 520 3-
$a The ageing of society in recent decades has become a phenomenon. In the Czech Republic there is a relatively wide range of health and social care for the elderly - from home to institutional form. We can meet formal and informal carers, both in the context of health and social care. The authors in their contribution focus on issues of inadequate care for the elderly (quality point of view, quantity and forms). There are listed principles of comprehensive care for seniors (demedicionalization, deinstitutionalisation, desectorization, deprofessionalization). The aim of the paper is not to criticise the current state of care for seniors, but taking into account the main problem areas and to outline options for changes in favour of effective care of the elderly in our society. 650 07
