$a The objective of this paper is to introduce a new project that has started in September 2014 and should last for three years. The project is primarily focused on development and utilization of a specific electronic environment to be used for support of education in technical disciplines at secondary schools. Besides the new learning environment, there will be developed a considerable number of learning objects. The project also includes extensive pilot testing and a Technical Olympiad as a motivation for students.
