V textu představuji sociální práci jako sociálně konstruovanou okolo mnohých diskursů. V kontextu postmoderní doby může být obtížné při konstrukcích využít diskurs jeden. Mnohost diskursů tak může vytvářet nejistoty ohledně toho, v souladu s jakým diskursem vlastně sociální práci konstruovat. Při hledání odpovědi na položenou otázku nejprve představím základní výstupy z obsahové analýzy odborné literatury, která se věnuje diskursům v sociální práci. Analyzováno bylo 25 monografií a recenzovaných odborných textů popisující v určité své části na obecné rovině diskursy v sociální práci. Na základě této analýzy se zdá, že může být rozdílné dělání sociální práce konstruováno okolo 14 diskursů. Na základě těchto zjištění pak nabídnu možnost, jak v kontextu reflexivní praxe, využít prvků diskursivní analýzy, které formuloval Gee. In this article I would like to offer an answer to the question: How is it possible to reflect on the many discourses in social work through the elements of discourse analysis? The text represents social work as a socially constructed around many discourses. In the context of the postmodern era, it could be difficult to use only one discourse. Multiplicity of discourses can create uncertainty related to doing social work constructions. In terms of answering the question, at first, I introduce basic outputs from the content analysis of scientific literature, which deals with discourses in social work. Twenty five monographs and peer-review articels were analyzed. Texts were included to analysis where they relate to discourses in social work in general. Based on this analysis, it appears that there may be different doing social work constructed around 14 discourse. Based on these, I will offer one of the options how to use elements of discourses analysis formulated by Gee.
