    AnnotationInternal communication and its adjustment are often underrated in many companies. Especially the small and middle-sized companies do not completely grasp the need to possess a proper internal communication. Internal communication does not only mean the usage of proper communication tools, but it also means attaining the right informational level. Furthermore, the messages should be adequate to their recipients – whether to the managers, to the employees or to the owners. The communication channel between the employees, the management and the owners also needs to have a feedback, so that the proper communication channel with real effects and impacts is used.
