Annotation	The main objective of this study is to emphasize the importance of employee satisfaction survey for the company as well as for an employee and measuring employee satisfaction at Projekt Market company. To achieve or objective, we should explain the concept of employee satisfaction and factors influencing it. The second half of our study introduces the research results. Our results show, that we succeeded in mapping a company with excellent HR activity. We received negative feedback only about the salary of employees.
