The comparison's focus is on the qualitative indicators of education based on the statistics from the OECD surveys. The aim is to present conclusions about current development of the respective economic indicators and fulfilment of the respective criteria of the Czech Republic and Finland. Based on the results of the comparison, suggestions can be proposed in order to improve the rate of fulfilment of the criteria from qualitative indicators perspective.
