$a Rodina ako elementárny vzťah ženy a muža sa v súčasnosti ocitá v kríze. Mladí ľudia uprednostňujú získanie vzdelania, vybudovanie kariéry, autonómiu a materiálne zabezpečenie pred založením rodiny. Ak do vzťahu príde dieťa - je to požehnanie alebo trest? Aj v 21. storočí sa mnohé nechcene tehotné ženy rozhodnú tehotenstvo ukončiť. Je to len vďaka ich nedostatočnej informovanosti o možných rizikách a dôsledkoch interrupcie alebo je to ich ľahostajnosť? Poznajú vôbec alternatívne možnosti riešenia ich situácie - hniezda záchrany, možnosť rodiť v utajenom režime? Problematika umelého ukončenia tehotenstva je vysoko aktuálna u žien bez ohľadu na vek, vzdelanie či spoločenské postavenie. Komplexný pohľad na kontroverznú problematiku vedie autorku k formulovaniu záveru - dieťa je dar. 520 3-

Today's youth give priority to attaining education, having a career, enjoying personal autonomy and financial independence as opposed to starting a family. Is a childborn in a relationship a boon or a bane? Even today many unwanted pregnancies end up being terminated artificially. Can this be ascribed to a lack of information about possible risks and consequences of abortion or is it just a matter of carelessness? Are the women concerned even familiar with possible solutions of their situation, e.g. baby boxes, giving birth secretly? The issue of artificial termination of pregnancy is highly topical with women regardless of their age, education or social status. A comprehensive approach to this controversial mater leads the author to formulation of a conclusion, i.e. a child is a gift. 650 04
