$a Studie se zabývá sociální prací v kontextu církevních pomáhajících organizací. Vychází ze skutečnosti, že se sociální práce v těchto organizacích rozchází se základními principy, které by měly být sociální práci inspirované křesťanstvím vlastní. Místo kritického pohledu na stávající struktury společnosti, rozdělení zdrojů a moci, který má své teologické opodstatnění i historické paralely, usilují současné církevní pomáhající organizace většinou o co největší participaci na systému sociálních služeb. Od toho se pak odvíjí jak orientace na určité cílové skupiny sociální práce, tak i volba metod a technik práce s těmito skupinami. Orientace na zmocnění klienta, která odpovídá lidské důstojnosti, a kritika nespravedlivých struktur, které jsou příčinou většiny problémů klienta, jsou obětovány za cenu paternalistického přístupu ke klientovi a konformity se systémem financování sociálních služeb. Na závěr se proto studie snaží načrtnout základní principy strukturálně kritické sociální práce v církevních pomáhajících organizacích. 520 3-
$a The study focuses on social work in the context of the church helping organizations. It is based on the fact that social work in these organizations diverges from the basic principles that should be own to social work inspired by christianity. Instead of a critical view on the existing structures of society, the distribution of resources and power, which has its theological rationale and historical parallels, the existing church helping organizations mostly seek maximimum participation in the system of social services. This strategy then leads to the orientation on specific target groups of social work, as well as to the choice of methods and techniques of work with these groups. The orientation to client’s empowerment, which corresponds with human dignity, and the criticism of unjust structures that cause most of client’s problems are sacrificed for the price of the paternalistic approach to client and conformity with the system of social services financing.
