$a Studie prezentuje vývoj a význam tzv. kultu duše v očistci, který se vyvíjel a částečně ještě přetrvává v podzemí dvou kostelů a v jedné kostnici v Neapoli. Jedná se o novodobý kult mrtvých, spojený pravděpodobně s negativními ekonomickými konjunkturami typickými pro město Neapol, který odporuje přikázání představených katolické církve. Přístup ke studiu tohoto fenoménu bude obecně antropologickým ohledem nato, co Claude Lévi-Strauss nazýval "implicitní mytologie", t.j. mytologie, která existuje pouze na úrovní náčrtů a vedlejších narativ. 520 3-
