The human capital has a significant impact on the development of individual regions. Some of them are able to attract their offer potential students, but more importantly, whether the local market can keep educated graduates, as well as attract such students from other regions by increasing their competitiveness. Regions with better working conditions, and often without academic centers in the amount ensuring the professional stability, benefit on these migrations. -- Dostupné též v elektronické podobě.
