$a This submission is an international comparison of education systems in two EU countries – the Czech Republic and Finland. The comparison's focus is on the qualitative indicators of education based on the statistics from the OECD surveys. The aim is to present conclusions about current development of the respective economic indicators and fulfilment of the respective criteria of the Czech Republic and Finland.
