    $a The transition from university to work life can be challenging for all students, but can be experienced as especially difficult for students with disabilities. Higher educational institutions in Norway are encouraged to take a larger responsibility in easing this transition. This article describes the various projects and activities at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) aimed at facilitating the transition from studies to employment for students with disabilities.
