Especially the small and middle-sized companies do not completely grasp the need to possess a proper internal communication. Internal communication does not only mean the usage of proper communication tools, but it also means attaining the right informational level. Furthermore, the messages should be adequate to their recipients – whether to the managers, to the employees or to the owners.
