Factors affecting individual and business performance / Marcela Kovaľová. -- 3 schémata. -- Abstract: The paper theoretically analyses the relationship between individual and business performance and especially focuses on the factors influencing both of them. The author analyses the secondary data about individual, team and business performance as well as the factors affecting them. The analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization have been used in order to create first drafts of performance factors maps, which will be used for further research and testing among the companies in a particular industry. -- Dostupné též v elektronické podobě.
