    Succession planning / Kateřina Legnerová. -- 1 graf. -- Abstrakt: The paper describes the approach of the succession planning in the Czech business environment. Based on the combined research, there was found out that the Czech companies develop their leaders more than the leaders' successors. The Czech company owners are aware of the necessity for developing their successors, but they do not take necessary steps to assess ad develop them. In the paper, there are mentioned methods and tools that can be used for successors' development in the Czech business environment. The development methods using by multinational companies such as coaching, mentoring, active learning or participating in leadership development training could be also used for development of future leaders of the Czech family companies. -- Dostupné též v elektronické podobě.
